The revision was provided by the law firm Reish & Reicher of Los Angeles, CA. A separate legal review was conducted by the law firm Thorp Reed & Armstrong, of Pittsburgh, PA to add a more detailed analysis of a firms adherence to ERISA Section 3(38).
